Everything you need to know about our pricing changes

JMWE and JMCF new pricing

First, on behalf of Innovalog, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their business. This patronage truly matters to us, especially in these turbulent times. We strive to meet and exceed expectations whenever our customers need help, have a question, or reach out to our support team, and we are always committed to doing our best.

At Innovalog, we never increase our prices without first giving you valuable new functionality to automate more of your Jira processes. In the past 12-18 months, we have invested in a significant amount of new features and improvements, and we hope you find them helpful. This year, we have decided to make all pricing changes in one shot, on September 16th, 2020, as we have postponed some pricing changes from Spring to help organizations stabilize their business during this difficult time.

For Jira Cloud

In case you missed it, here are some of the major new features we have implemented since the last price increase over a year ago:

Here is what you can expect:

  • New prices can be found here. The price increase is ~15% (with some minor variations between tiers due to Atlassian's pricing limitations)
  • For monthly JMWE for Jira Cloud subscriptions: All recurring monthly fees after September 16th, 2020 will be billed at the new price. It can, however, take up to two billing cycles for the new price to take effect.
  • For annual JMWE for Jira Cloud subscriptions: All billing for JMWE is aligned with your Jira Cloud billing. The old price will be grandfathered for an additional 60 days giving you an opportunity to renew your annual subscription at the old price.
Tip: If your annual renewal is due before the end of the year, we suggest you create a quote before the grandfathering period expires - these quotes will be generated based on the old price and are valid for 90 days.

Using Jira Cloud Standard subscription?
Keep in mind that Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE) for Jira Cloud can help you automate more of your workflows, especially where native Jira Automation multi-project and global features fall short, as they are limited to 500 executions per month. JMWE has no limits of any kind, and you can automate an unlimited number of workflows to power your processes across many projects.

For Jira Server and Jira Data Center

Here are some of the major new features we have implemented in JMWE and JMCF since the last price increase nearly two years ago:

Here is what you can expect:

  • For JMWE/JMCF for Jira Server:
The price increase for JMWE is ~15%.
New prices for JMWE for Jira Server can be found here
New prices for JMCF for Jira Server can be found here.

All new licenses after September 16th, 2020 will be billed at the new price. All maintenance purchases & renewals will be billed at a 50% of new license price after September 16th, 2020.

Tip: You can lock in old pricing if you renew by September 16th. If your maintenance renewal is due before the end of the year, we suggest you create a quote before September 16th: Quotes generated based on the old price are valid for 90 days.

We understand that any price increase impacts your software budgets, however, we hope that the value you get from Jira workflow automation powered by JMWE & JMCF will help offset the difference. We are also committed to delivering better software with even more features going forward.

Thank you for your understanding and support!
